Jason Field is a Bidjigal and Walbunja person with over thirty years experience as a First Nations human rights and policy advocate.
Jason has a diverse range of policy interests including land and sea management, education, stolen generations, housing and the protection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples rights to their country, knowledge and heritage. Over recent years Jason has taken up the cause of First Nations climate justice.
Jason is currently the First Nations Justice Campaigns Director at GetUp, and an independent director on the board of The Sunrise Project Australia.
