Inclusive Prosperity Commission – inequality linked to stagnant economic growth.

IMF research shows that the characteristics that feed into prolonged economic growth are income distribution and trade openness. We are faring well in trade, but inequality is growing.

Members of the Commission call for a greater focus on economic investments, such as health and education, rather than seeing only social costs.
