Jason Ward is the founder and principal analyst at CICTAR, which was created six years ago. CICTAR works closely on tax and revenue issues with unions and civil society around the world and is expanding partnerships in the Global South. Jason has been an active member and spokesperson of the Tax Justice Network – Australia for the last decade. He has been doing strategic research and campaigns with trade unions since 1998, but completed an MPhil in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies (I.D.S.) at the University of Sussex in 1996.
