Julie Connolly is an honorary Research Fellow who is establishing our Brisbane office. Julie has worked in policy-related research and advocacy in mental health and disability, multiculturalism and refugee resettlement. She was formerly the Deputy Director of the Brotherhood of St Laurence’s Research and Policy Centre where she worked on variety of projects including early years policy.
Julie has a PhD in political philosophy, and did her post-doctoral work on the sustainability of gender pay equity. She has published on critical theory, the politics of recognition and feminist political economy. Her teachings specialities include western political thought and research methodologies.
